Welcome!  A little bit about our guild.

South Dakota Quilters' Guild members currently meet at the Crossroads Hotel and Huron Event Center in Huron, SD.    Meetings are held in April and September with workshops, show & tell, block exchanges, trunk show, good food and fun.  Biennially we do a quilt show in September.    

Annual membership is $20 (January 1  to December 31) which includes quarterly newsletter with SDQG news, articles from local guilds, calendar of quilting events, discounted prices for workshops and more.

Our purpose is to encourage a wider appreciation of quilting, to raise and maintain standards of design, individual ideas and expression, and to keep interest alive by promoting local quilt projects, programs, doing charitable work, presenting organized classes for members at regular intervals, and when possible, plan and present a biennial quilt show for the public.
